THE MUDGEE SHOW

Walking around the Mudgee Show on Friday night brought back a lot of happy memories. In this twilight image, I’ve tried to capture the fun, colour and excitement of the amusement rides – my favourite section of the show as a child. The ‘Midnight Madness’ ride features in this shot. It was a crowd pleaser for both the riders and the bystanders; even in the cold rainy weather the atmosphere was exciting!

I exposed this shot for ten seconds to capture one full rotation of the ride.
