UNDER THE MILKY WAY
One great thing about living in the country is how amazing the stars look at night. What better to team it up with than a beautiful old shed (this shed is on the property “Raymont”, off Kaolin Road). The shot was exposed for three minutes and I used a torch to light up the shed in the foreground. In the background is the warm glow from the Mudgee lights in the distance.
It was really lovely to sit back and look up to this amazing display, I even saw a few shooting stars! My sister says you can see the constellation Scorpio in this shot, with the heart of the scorpion, Antares, the red star above the tree.
